Certain files, images, and forms on this site will require updated versions of today's popular software. Below are links where you can obtain free updates if your computer is not set to receive them regularly, and/or download the software for free if your computer does not have it.

You can subscribe to the Monday Email Blast by clicking the Monday Email Blast envelope icon on the bottom of the navigation panel on any of our web site's pages.
Just fill out the form, select HTML as the Delivery Format, and click submit. Then be sure to check your inbox for the confirmation email with instructions on how to complete your subscription.
To unsubscribe from the Monday Email Blast, scroll to the bottom of the email or any of our web site's pages and click on the Unsubscribe link. Fill out the form and click submit.
Sometimes you will receive a message stating that you are not in our database. If you receive this message, please wait until at least 5:00pm the next Monday to see if you receive the Monday Email Blast. Most often the message is a computer glitch and you have already successfully unsubscribed. However, if you do receive the Monday Email Blast the following Monday, please email us at helen@heartbeatquilts.com, and we will complete the un-subscription process.
Please check your inbox and your SPAM folder for a confirmation email, which contains instructions on how to complete the subscription process.
If you have already completed the subscription process, check your SPAM folder for an email titled "Monday Email Blast". In order to prevent the Monday Email Blast from being sent to your SPAM folder, add helen@heartbeatquilts.com and quilthelen@aol.com to your address book.
The updated version of the Monday Email Blast is made of images, rather than HTML. If your are receiving the email, but do not see anything when you open it, please try the following:
*Click the link at the top of the email to be brought to the web page version of the Monday Email Blast;
*Add helen@heartbeatquilts.com and quilthelen@aol.com to your address book;
*Check the top of your browser or program for any warning messages asking permission to show links and/or images.
You can print the entire email and bring it with you.
To print the coupon only in Internet Explorer:
1) Right-click on the coupon;
2) Click "Print Picture..." from the drop-down menu;
3) Click Print.
To print the coupon only in Mozilla Firefox:
1) Right-click on the coupon;
2) Click "View Image" in the drop-down
menu;
3) Go to File, then Print, and click Print.
If you have a different browser than the two above, and need help printing the coupon only, please email us at helen@heartbeatquilts.com and tell us which browser you use.
First, check the coupon to see whether it can be used online, over the phone, or in-store.
When using a coupon online, enter the code in the Coupon Code box during checkout. If this doesn't work, type the coupon code into the Shipping Notes/Comments box during checkout. Be sure to check the Monday Email Blast for notices on how to redeem your coupon.
When using a coupon over the phone, give the coupon code and dates.
When using a coupon in-store, print out the coupon before coming in and show it to the cashier during checkout.
The Monday Email Blast is a newsletter sent out to subscribed customers via email, every Monday (unless the store is not open, at which point it will be sent out the next day). The Monday Email Blast often contains coupons and updates on products, upcoming events and workshops, and any other information pertaining to the next few weeks ahead.
The Heartbeat Quilts Newsletter is made three times a year (Winter, Spring/Summer, and Fall), and contains workshop dates and information, available Blocks of the Month, and upcoming events for each season.
