General Information For All Classes

We maintain a no-refund, no-exchange, no-credit policy on all classes, weekend camps and tours (unless cancelled by Heartbeat Quilts, in which case a full cash refund will be made). There are no exceptions, please don't ask.
There is no refund for missed sessions in a series.
Children and/or guests are NOT PERMITTED at any time.
No cell phone permitted in the classroom.
Materials for workshops are an additional fee unless otherwise stated.
Copying of books and/or patterns is NEVER PERMITTED. Almost every workshop requires the purchase of a book or pattern.
Sewing machine classes require that you bring your machine to class and have a working knowledge of its uses. There are a limited number of rentals available.
Unless otherwise specified, working knowledge of rotary cutting equipment is required.
Workshop materials must be purchased prior to the day of the class. Come to class prepared to learn to sew.
Workshops start on time. Instructors cannot repeat missed information. In the case of series classes, missed classes cannot be made up. We try help you in every way we can during regular working hours.
Classes are hands-on sewing without in-depth discussion.
Please DO NOT wear any strong perfumes, scented hairsprays or scented lotions to class. Be courteous to those fellow quilters who are allergic to these items. Thank you for your consideration of other's health.
